Well for Christmas my wife surprised me with some new branding for Gluten Free by the Sea, including business cards and mugs. I absolutely love it and I hope you do to. Thanks Abby!

To celebrate this I’m running Gluten Free by the Sea’s first competition. Two lucky winners will win a beautiful Gluten Free by the Sea mug, and as I’m feeling festive I’ll throw in a pack of Pigs in Blankets flavour Pom Bears. These are gluten and dairy free, but do contain soya according to the allergy advice.

For the record, my favourite was finding gluten free pasties from Baked to Taste at Plymouth Greengrocer.
